About BMC Piano Services
Every piano, from a family heirloom to a concert grand, has its own character and personality. Our piano technicians are experienced and dedicated to providing the best service in order to keep your piano sounding its best.
We understand that quality pianos demand quality care. Pianos require periodic maintenance in three areas: tuning, action regulation and voicing. Tuning is making sure the piano sounds good, Regulation ensures that all parts are working correctly, and Voicing is adjusting the tone of the piano.

Brandon Carter, Founder of BMC Piano Service, has been playing piano for more than half of his life and has been tuning and caring for pianos for more than 12 years. Some piano technicians choose to specialize in either tuning or repair but Brandon has the necessary skill-set and passion to perform both routine and specialized tunings, as well as repairs and restoration.
Brandon achieved his degree in Sound Technology from South Plains College and studied music at the University of Oklahoma where he began his career in piano. He later achieved his certification from the Randy Potter School of Piano Technology, Inc. and has maintained a successful career tuning pianos for a wide variety of clients from large venues to small churches.
